Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 9 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotes, orders and agreements with CustomLogoMats.
Please read these Terms before placing or approving an order.
1. Company Information
CustomLogoMats.eu is operated by:
Legal company name: Othmann Azoum Nexus
Trading name: CustomLogoMats
Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 95569634
Registered business address: Sem Dresdenlaan 14, The Netherlands
Email: contact@customlogomats.eu
Website: customlogomats.eu
In these Terms:
-
“CustomLogoMats”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Othmann Azoum Nexus.
-
“Customer”, “you” and “your” mean the business, company, organisation or professional buying from us.
2. Business Customers Only
CustomLogoMats sells products for business and professional use.
By placing an order, accepting a quote or approving a design, you confirm that you are buying as a business, organisation or professional and not as a private consumer.
We may ask for company details, such as a VAT number or Chamber of Commerce number.
Consumer rights, such as the standard 14-day right to cancel an online purchase, do not apply to business orders.
If the law says that a Customer must still be treated as a consumer, any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded will still apply.
3. When These Terms Apply
These Terms apply to all quotes, orders, invoices and agreements between you and CustomLogoMats.
Your own purchasing terms or general terms do not apply unless we clearly accept them in writing.
If a written quote or order confirmation contains a special agreement that is different from these Terms, that special agreement will apply to that order.
The version of these Terms available when the order is agreed will apply to that order.
4. Quotes and Orders
Our quotes are not final unless we clearly say otherwise.
A quote is valid for the period shown on the quote.
If no period is shown, we may change or withdraw the quote before you accept it.
An agreement is created when you place or accept an order or quote and we accept or confirm that order.
We may refuse or cancel an order before production starts if there is a good reason. This can include:
-
incorrect prices or product information;
-
technical or production problems;
-
unavailable materials;
-
payment problems;
-
suspected fraud;
-
illegal or offensive designs;
-
possible intellectual property problems; or
-
another situation that prevents us from producing the order.
If we cancel an accepted order before production for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund any payment for products that will not be produced.
5. Custom-Made Products
Our mats are made especially for each Customer.
They are produced using the size, logo, colours, artwork and other details that you provide or approve.
Because every mat is custom-made, small differences can happen during production.
These may include small differences in:
-
size;
-
colour or shade;
-
material appearance;
-
texture;
-
logo or print sharpness;
-
position or alignment; and
-
finishing.
Small differences that are normal for the production process are not considered defects.
Colours on a phone, computer screen, digital preview or printed page can look different from the finished product.
This can happen because of screen settings, lighting, materials and the production process.
We cannot guarantee an exact colour match unless we have specifically agreed this with you in writing.
6. Design and Artwork Approval
Before production, we may send you a digital preview or proof of your mat.
You are responsible for checking this proof carefully before you approve it.
Please check:
-
the logo;
-
artwork;
-
spelling;
-
text;
-
colours;
-
size;
-
position;
-
orientation;
-
proportions; and
-
all other visible details.
When you approve the design, you confirm that the design and information are correct.
You also give us permission to start production.
If an error was already visible in the approved proof, or was caused by information that you gave us, it will not be treated as a manufacturing defect.
For example, this may include:
-
incorrect spelling;
-
the wrong logo;
-
incorrect dimensions;
-
an incorrect position; or
-
an incorrect layout that was shown in the approved design.
After you approve the design, changes may no longer be possible.
If a change is still possible, extra design, administration or production costs may apply.
7. Start of Production and Cancellation
“Start of Production” means the moment we send, release or approve your order for manufacturing.
You may ask us to cancel an order before production starts.
We will check whether cancellation is still possible.
If we have already made costs for your order, these costs may be deducted from any refund.
Once production has started:
-
the order is final;
-
the order cannot be cancelled;
-
the design cannot normally be changed;
-
the specifications cannot normally be changed; and
-
the order cannot be returned or refunded simply because you no longer want or need the product.
This does not affect your rights if we accept that the product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
More information is available in our Returns, Cancellations & Warranty Policy.
8. Measurements and Information Provided by the Customer
You are responsible for giving us correct and complete information.
This includes:
-
measurements;
-
dimensions;
-
artwork;
-
logos;
-
text;
-
colours;
-
delivery details; and
-
information about how the mat will be used.
If you provide or approve the wrong size or measurements, we are not responsible if the mat does not fit the intended space.
You are also responsible for choosing a mat that is suitable for the place and purpose where it will be used.
9. Logos, Artwork and Intellectual Property
You confirm that you have the right and permission to use every logo, trade mark, design, image, text or other material that you send to us.
You give CustomLogoMats and our production partners permission to use these materials only when needed to design, produce and deliver your order.
We do not normally check whether you legally own or have permission to use the logo or artwork you provide.
If a third party makes a claim because of artwork, logos or other materials that you provided, you are responsible for that claim where legally allowed.
You may also be responsible for reasonable costs or losses caused by that claim.
The content and materials owned by CustomLogoMats, including our website content, branding, graphics, photos and original designs, remain the property of CustomLogoMats or the relevant owner.
10. Prices, VAT and Payment
Unless we clearly say otherwise, prices for business Customers are shown excluding VAT and delivery costs.
The final price, VAT and shipping costs will be shown or communicated before the order is confirmed.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, full payment must be received before production starts.
If we agree that you can pay later by invoice, you must pay within the agreed payment period.
If payment is late, we may pause production, shipping or other work until payment is received.
Where allowed by law, we may charge statutory commercial interest and reasonable collection costs on late payments.
11. Ownership Until Full Payment
If we deliver a product before the full invoice has been paid, the product remains our property until we receive full payment.
This does not change the rules about transport risk explained in Section 12.
12. Shipping and Delivery
Production and delivery times shown on our website, quotes, emails or order confirmations are estimates unless we clearly confirm a fixed delivery date in writing.
Delays may happen because of:
-
production schedules;
-
material shortages;
-
shipping carriers;
-
customs;
-
public holidays; or
-
other situations outside our reasonable control.
A delay does not automatically give you the right to cancel the order or receive compensation.
You are responsible for giving us the correct delivery address and making sure the delivery can be accepted.
Extra shipping or delivery costs caused by an incorrect address, refused shipment, failed delivery or another situation caused by the Customer may be charged to you.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, and where allowed by law, the risk of loss or damage during shipping passes to the Customer when we hand the shipment to the carrier.
Damage that happens only during transport is not a manufacturing defect and is not covered by our manufacturing warranty.
You should check the shipment when it arrives.
If there is visible transport damage, please report it as soon as possible according to our Shipping & Delivery Policyand, where needed, to the carrier.
13. Manufacturing Defects and Warranty
CustomLogoMats provides a 2-month warranty from the delivery date for genuine manufacturing defects.
The warranty only applies when the product has been:
-
used correctly;
-
handled with reasonable care;
-
used for its intended purpose; and
-
cleaned and maintained correctly.
If you think the product has a manufacturing defect, contact us as soon as possible at:
Please provide:
-
your order number or enough information for us to find the order;
-
a clear explanation of the problem; and
-
clear photos showing the problem.
We may ask for more photos or information if we need this to review your claim.
We will review every warranty claim internally.
The following are normally not considered manufacturing defects:
-
normal wear and tear;
-
incorrect use;
-
use for the wrong purpose;
-
incorrect cleaning;
-
incorrect washing;
-
use of unsuitable chemicals or cleaning products;
-
cutting or changing the mat;
-
incorrect placement or installation;
-
damage after delivery;
-
transport damage;
-
damage caused by conditions for which the product was not designed; or
-
errors that were already visible in the approved design.
If we accept that there is a genuine manufacturing defect covered by the warranty, we will arrange a replacement mat.
You will not pay for the replacement product, and we will cover the reasonable shipping costs for sending the replacement.
A refund is not our standard solution for a manufacturing defect unless we agree otherwise.
More information is available in our Returns, Cancellations & Warranty Policy.
14. Correct Use and Care
You must use, place, clean and maintain the mat carefully and for its intended purpose.
Some mats are suitable for different environments or levels of use.
You are responsible for making sure the product you choose is suitable for the location and purpose where you want to use it.
Damage caused by incorrect, unsuitable or excessive use is not covered by the warranty.
15. Liability
We will perform our work with reasonable care.
Where allowed by law, CustomLogoMats is not responsible for indirect losses such as:
-
loss of profit;
-
loss of revenue;
-
loss of business;
-
business interruption;
-
loss of opportunities;
-
loss of goodwill; or
-
damage to reputation.
If CustomLogoMats is legally responsible for a loss connected to an order, our total liability will normally be limited to the amount you paid or still need to pay for the product or order connected to the claim.
Where allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by:
-
incorrect information provided by you;
-
artwork or specifications approved by you;
-
incorrect use or cleaning;
-
choosing a product that is not suitable for its intended purpose;
-
third parties;
-
transport damage after the transport risk has passed to you; or
-
situations outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits liability where the law does not allow us to do so.
16. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or problems caused by situations outside our reasonable control.
This can include:
-
natural disasters;
-
fire;
-
flooding;
-
war;
-
civil unrest;
-
strikes;
-
government restrictions;
-
epidemics or pandemics;
-
material shortages;
-
electricity or utility problems;
-
transport problems;
-
customs delays;
-
serious technical problems;
-
cyber incidents; or
-
delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers or carriers because of events outside their reasonable control.
Our obligations may be paused while the situation continues.
If it becomes permanently impossible to complete part of the agreement, that part may be cancelled where legally allowed.
17. Complaints
If you have a complaint about an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Please include enough information for us to find your order and understand the problem.
We may ask for photos, documents or extra information.
We will review complaints in good faith.
Claims about manufacturing defects are also subject to Section 13 and our Returns, Cancellations & Warranty Policy.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
New versions will apply to future orders from the date they are published or provided.
Changes will not normally change an order that has already been agreed.
19. If Part of These Terms Is Invalid
If one part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will still apply.
Where possible, the invalid part will be replaced or interpreted in a way that comes as close as possible to the original purpose.
20. Dutch Law and Disputes
These Terms and all agreements with CustomLogoMats are governed by Dutch law.
