2. Customer Responsibility for Artwork

To ensure fairness and legal protection:

  • Customers must confirm they own the rights to any logo, design, or artwork submitted.

  • We do not verify trademark ownership, and accept no responsibility for misuse.

  • If a third-party raises an IP complaint, customers agree to indemnify and hold us harmless.

3. Custom Products

Because all mats are custom-made:

  • Production begins only after artwork approval from the customer.

  • Variations in color, print sharpness, or material appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes.

  • These variations do not qualify as defects unless outside industry tolerance.

4. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

  • Inappropriate or prohibited designs

  • Technical errors

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Unverifiable payment

  • Violations of intellectual property or brand guidelines

We are not liable for losses caused by order refusal.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices may change at any time without notice.

  • Final prices appear at checkout including taxes and shipping.

  • Payment must clear before production begins.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Europe. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Force majeure events

  • Customs checks

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for tracking packages using the provided tracking link.

7. Returns & Refunds

We voluntarily offer a 14-day return window with free returns, even for custom items.

Returns may be rejected if:

  • Items are used, damaged, or altered

  • Artwork approval was given but the customer later claims design dissatisfaction

  • The mat shows signs of environmental or chemical exposure

Refunds are issued only after inspection.

We may deduct value for damage or excessive wear.

8. Warranty (1 Year)

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

It does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage due to cleaning chemicals

  • Heavy industrial usage outside product specification

  • Fading from excessive UV exposure

  • Incorrect installation

If a defect occurs, we may (at our discretion):

  • Replace the product

  • Repair the product

  • Offer partial credit

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the item.

  • We are not liable for business interruption, lost profits, or reputational damage caused by product issues or delays.

10. Governing Law

All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of The Netherlands.
